Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1: Does human trafficking really happen around here?
Yes. Human trafficking does not just happen in or around big cities. Trafficking happens in every community big or small. Schools, restaurants, hotels, truck stops, massage parlors, nail shops, and strip clubs are some but not all of the places where trafficking can happen. Believe it or not, it’s happening right in our community and we must fight to put an end to it.
Questions 2: Is your place just for women?

No. Men and children can be trafficked too. An increasing amount of victims who are men, children and even the elderly have been identified over the past several years. Our facility takes all victims regardless of gender, age, race, sexual orientation, etc. If you are a victim of human trafficking you are welcome here.
